This is a masterpiece of cinnamon.  A blend of our extraordinarily intense saigon cinnamon, with it's 5% essential oil content, our Korintje cinnamon, with its sweet, smooth and mellow fragrance, and our ceylon cinnamon also referred to as the "true" cinnamon with a 2% oil content and a subtle complexity with notes of citrus.
